This is going to be kind of like a feedback thread where people tell us three mods what they think we should do with the forum. So basically, if you wanted awards or a new sub forum or an idea of any sorts it would go in here.

lol yea, everytime we tried to hve GFX award, barley anyone votes, including me.

Oh i think the GFX of the week should be changed to GFX of the Month, and just have people enter a pieve they did within the month, instead of a weekly battle type one, y'know.

Well I think that there could be a subforum for Sig/Album Cover Galleries... so that GFX heads can post all of the work up so that people can see what they can do, and the style that they have, would be nice.

I still think that the award thing should continue, but if no one votes there is not really any point.

And I also think that each user should have a GFX Battle arena count, like the text and audio battle stats under the avy's and rep bars.

^^Word it would be a good Idea... the audio battles have that, and no one even audio battles

What about gfx leagues?

Have say, 10 people in league 1 and then 10 people in league 2.

Each person in that league battle each other, Totalling 9 battles each within as long as MODS think that allotted time should be, Say 2/3 months, to complete all battles.

2 points for a win
1 extra for a KO
and 1 extra to the loser if they reach 3 or more votes.

League 1 Would be the "TOP LEAGUE . . AKA. PREMIERSHIP" were the best GFX Heads are and league 2 would be the "second league" were the improving not so good GFX heads are.

2 people who finish last in league 1 get relegated to league 2 and the top to finishers in league 2 get promoted to league 1.

This way the battles wont be unfair battles were the best GFX people battle some bad people at gfx.

I like this idea as i think it would work and it would make the GFX area more active, plus i think it would give good tension to battles.... For example a battle could mean a GFX HEAD gets relegated, or a GFX HEAD gets promoted. It will bring out the best in people's abilitys battling against all kidns of people and style.


Get back at me if you need more info on it you three mods if you need it. Ive personally done this before on a friends not soo active site... with one league and it worked well everyone enjoyed it and you saw the progression of the lower GFX HEADS. It doesnt take much effort on MODS parts either, just they would need to check the battles and update the league after battles.

If you need any help with this i could always lend a hand.

How about a GFX Crew Discussion or GFX Crew Recruitement or something along those lines would be cool.

If we did get anything crew wise it'd prolly go in the office block. But I'm not going to get your crew stuff for you, y'all have to do that just like the textcees. Only takes 5 people to get your own forum.

I've tried the awards, with many different setups. I've tried a couple catagories to vote on, nobody voted. Then I tried a bunch, still nobody voted. I've given up on the awards.

I brought up the graphics battles count and champion on the front page thing in the Jail. We'll see what happens there.

The leagues thing is a good idea, except if somebody can't make it.

They simply lose that battle if they no-show. The points go to the opponent.

They will still have 8 more battles if they miss one thats if we have 10 people to a league.

They would have long enough to complete the battles surely

yea theres really no incentive to gfx battle on this site really.. maybe if there were recors kept or w/e.. ud get names like sadistyk, dimes, clusion or sarkaztik battlin it out...

True enough... I'd battle if I had a reason to. But right now the only real incentive to battle is to prove yourself, which I don't really need to. Not to sound cocky but, y'all know me right? So what would be the point of me battling?

More reason to do the league IMO.

People like Clu, Azim and others, all are around the same level and they would be battling each other for points in the league, They will battle people who they think are an easy opponent, but will know that if they take them likely and they get suprise and the unlikely opponent wins then they will have to keep there GFX at a high level as not to slip down rankings in the league and finish below rivals.

In my eyes id say Azim and Clu are same level and think they would have a decent rivalry in the league and would have an eye on each others standings and battles.

Artz is the best on here right... People wont battle him in fear of getting murked, In the league they will have to battle him, They will want to battle him, simply because they could need the points or could cause an upset and gain points. Clusion and Azim would face Artz knowing that if they beat him then they will be close to winning the league if they win all the other battles.

Every battle would mean something to someone is basically what im trying to get at.

Why not trial it out... With 5 people? One League? Thats only if our unsure this would work.

yep, the graphics are getting included with the new version of the battle statstics. Not sure of when it will be complete because I gotta pratically start and finish my dissertation and find £1000 to pay for uni............
