do we have to have a certain amount of posts to go the downloads? I used to be able to go, but now i cant?

tha amount needed has gone up, and now posts play a factor as well i think. i dunno exactly, 'cos i wasn't told lol even tho i mod tha section *plots murder of s-mods*

i have no worries.. i have ALOT of rep points and enoguh posts.. lmao, but i never go in the downlaod spot or whatever.. maybe ill check it out and see whats up with it..
