Mmmmmmnnn... tough one, both sigs pretty good, but equal in a way.
I like restrictive's grungy style that he uses a lot, very dope, but a little played, text is nice too and render flows well with the sig but i think you should move on a little from the grunge, and muerderous has done a good sig of elektra, I like the incorporation of the cartoon electra in the bg, allthough you could have done more with the main render of elektra, looks a bit plain :(
