Coolplayer: I liked your piece because it was very creative, and I liked the look on it. Quite original in many ways. I like how the blue coming from the right fades a little then turns into brown. Very well blended. Render is good, and the text is above average. The only thing that throws it off is the light blue rectangle on the right side (some-what of a border)

Bonestarr: Liked the renders and background you used. I think your C4D is too bright, and it`s hard to see Ryu. But none the less it`s still quite good. I don`t quite like the 3 exact motion blurred whatevers (if you look under the dragon (infront of the chinese lettering, there will be 3 motion blurred figures the exact same).

Text - Bonestarr (Even tho t`s basically alike, I just feel as if Bonestarrs` text stood out more.)
Blending - Bonestarr (I just think BS Blended it in a bit better)
Creativity - Coolplayer (I just think his was more creative and more original)
Render - Well, both were good. But Bonestarr had 2.. and they were both good, and 2 is always better then one. so, Bonestarr.
Border - Bonestarr (Coolplayers` is good, but that blue border-tye thing on the right lost it)
Effort - Coolplayer (just seems liek he started from scratch and made everything himself or the majority. Just looks like BS threwon some renders, C4D and text over a background and motion blurred some things)

Vote - Bonestarr. I just feel as if he did better then Coolplayer, even tho coolplayer wasn`t that far behind him.

Coolplayers was nice, but I honestly like that Bonestarr threw in the neon sign and had the action going on, with the uppercut, where as coolplayer had the guy kicking and stuff, but I think bonestarrs was better for a overall feel of "somthing going on" Im not a big fan of this type of ps art but these are pretty good.

cool-
coolplayers looked a bit plain though...but the colors blended in well..i didn't like the render out line fill in thing..behind the render.. still was a good sig

bonestars..was tight..the lightting was coo..the whole b/g was tight and ryo and akuma were placed well..the text could of used some work but overall you could hardly notice...
