Show me a screenshot of your task manager and sort the list by CPU.

Open up your task bar, maximize it, sort it by CPU, press Shift + Print Screen, open up paint, paste it, and save it.

Go to Start > Run > then type msconfig. A window should pop up, press start up, and uncheck any programs that you don't need or don't want to open up when the computer opens. Made my startup faster :)

If you got AVG, theres an atomatic virus scan that starts as soon as you log into windows. That may be one of your problems.

if i was to do a screenprint, i'd have to do it in about 3-4 parts, i got so much shit running on startup that i don't need but can't be arsed to go thru it
