For all those who appreciate Linkin Park and their music, which album do you think was their best and why?

It depends...

I like Reanimation the most because it's more of an energy burst and it does more than combine rock with rap...

Meteora was sort of like listening to a mild down version Reanimation, but with more of a rock feel. It's also more full-sounding.

I don't listen to Hybrid Theory much because of its originality. It was alright when it first came out, but i quickly grown tired of it.

I didn't like C.C. much, simply because it was rather short. But some of the combinations were great (Encore + Numb).

Reanimation, just because how hard it is to make a remix, let alone an album full of 'em. But I like all of their albums, my influence. :)

Here's the thing about Linkin Park, I tink that all of there songs sound the same to me, not saying they aren't good, I actually like them, but thier stuff seems repeditive to me... I'll give them this though, they put on kick ass live shows

i remember hearin one of their concerts on the radio, idk why it was on ther, but it was sooooo amazing. it was in like 2003? and they did some new songs too, like my december. i wana see them wen they tour again, if they ever do

Hybrid Theory & Reanimation were both dope....the Jay-Z shit was abysmal

I expected more from CC than just 6 tracks and a DVD (though the DVD performance was classic).

I don't own Hybrid Theory, I have about 6 songs off it though. But I do own Meteora, and it's one of those CDs that is pretty much solid on every track. What I loved about Hybrid Theory and Meteora were the instrumental tracks by Mr. Hahn. That dude has some serious skills. *Runs though second half of A Cure For The Itch in head*

i think it's one of the poorest, tamest and utterly boring rock songs i've heard in the last 10 years.

Yeah it's not all that great. At first it sounds like it going to be sick, but when the guitars hits in the whole track just doesn't mix well.

And, it's too "melodical" (lol doubt that even a word), he isn't using his voice to it's full potential, sort of sounds a bit Emo(ish).

Also, WTF is Chester wearing in the video? Dude looks like George Michael.

WOW.... It's about fucking time my favorite band of all time gets some fucking respect. I've been listening to LP for about 4 years now constantly. One of their albums is always in my truck when I go out anywhere, shit, I'm such a fanatic that I have mandatory LP listening now when I drive back home from college in which I listen to all of their albums in the order that they were released. I've also been a member of LPU (Linkin Park Underground their fan club) and I'm also a member of something else that I'm not allowed to talk about (kinda stupid if i get caught talking about it I get kicked out).
Hybrid Theory has got to be one of the best albums I have ever heard mainly because how well the rock and rap is mixed into the record. I seem to always get this warm fuzzy feeling inside whenever I listen to that album. Aboslutly fucking amazing period. 4.5/5 IMO
Reanimation, wow, nothing I could really say that would actually do this album justice because its just that great IMO. It was great how well they were able to take the same songs but make the album sound so much different yet so incredible. My Favorite album of all time by far. 5/5 IMO
Meteora, was pretty good. However there were some thing I liked and other things I loved. For example, I don't really like Numb all that much... dont know why, I just don't. My favorite tracks on that album would have to be "Nobody's Listening", "Faint", "Breaking the Habit", and "Session" (the instrumental track). 4/5 IMO
The latest album "Minutes to Midnight", surprised the shit out of me. It's totally different but truly shows how diverse the band is and its starting become one of my favorite albums. If you havent heard it you really should. "Hands Held High", "Bleed it Out", "In between", and "The little things you give away" are all great tracks. right now 3.5/5 cuz im still a little shocked about how much different it is, might be higher when album grows on me more and more.
Oh and btw, LP is going on tour at the end of this month headlining Projekt Revolution. I've seen them twice and met them twice as well, great performers and really cool people in person except for Mr. Hahn hes not very friendly.

I respect your opinion, but to generalize and say that all LP fans fit a certain profile is a generalization. When I went to Projekt Revolution, I saw many different types of LP fans. Black, white, asian. They weren't all "little skateboarders".
