A few years ago I was really liking Oasis, not so much now with their lack of material. The Killers "Hot Fuss" was good, waiting on the second album to drop here soon.

Oasis & Coldplay. Not one for Indie Bands much but I do have the odd songs from The Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, Keane,The Magic Numbers & The Plain White T's on my iPod.

Not liking X&Y although "Fix You" is pretty good. But yeah, they're turd now.

And as for Kasabian, my mate always tries to blast it in his car, so I slap him. I don't rate them much... they bore me... I'd rather finger a bunny rabbits arse then listen to their album.

I don't know, Indie just isn't "hard" enough for me, I prefer metal/prog rock music.

and coldplays 1st album is better than a rush of blood to the head but i do like clocks

Ian Brown, forgot him. Now he is a proper nothern lad. Prefered him in Stone Roses... but his solo stuff it decent too.

I think Kasabian are banging, but they're more your area Bigga than they are mine or Superficials, they're from Leicester. Arctic Monkeys are alright but way over-hyped, Definitely Maybe and Morning Glory are supreme classics but Oasis have been piss flaps ever since.

I also hate Indie...

The Fratellis are a right indie band.. and oasis are the best band ever but id hardly call em indie.. arctic monkeys are the shit, Yorkshire c'mon. Kaiser cheifs dont do much for west yorkshire though the fuckin nonces

I'm really liking Bloc Party.

Snow Patrol, even though now they are considered a rock band by many and no longer indie.

The Killers, South and my newest favorite Silversun Pickups. They open for Snow Patrol and I really like their track Lazy Eye.

Indie is such a fucking dumb name for a genre. C'mon, there's INDIE RAP for god's sake. Alt rock is good... Butthole Surfers get lots of spins on my iTunes.
