For me, I couldn't even install it without an error, so I just got Trillian. (www.trillian.cc) DL the free version then go find a crack.

It's like AIM, MSN, ICQ, IRC, and Yahoo! combined. You open it up and then sign in to your accounts for each service, and they appear on one big buddylist. You don't even need to have the individual programs installed.
