Dunno wtf happened..but it came up and changed my default user..which had all my favourites n shit..pages i couldnt remember now..and i dont know how to change it back to that user..i looked through help and all that shit and couldnt find it..wtf do i do?

Hm, try this.

Type about:config in the address bar. Then type user or default in the filter. Search for a bold line that says something that could have to do with that. If you find it, right click it and click on reset. Not sure if this is gonna work, but it's worth a try I guess.

what it was it came up with like change user..its happend befor so i made my own default..then it did it again today..has happend for fuckin ages :( so looks like ive lost all my shit..it was a firefox pop up

Hm, alright. Try this.

Close Firefox completely. Then go to:

Start -> Run -> Type: firefox.exe -ProfileManager

See if you can delete the wrong user or something.

If it works, then you might want to have a look at this to see how to backup your profile.

Sounds like you have a browser hijacker on your PC...

Try looking here

My computer > Documents & Settings > Application Data > Mozilla > Firefox
> Profiles > whatever folder is listed click that...Inside you will find a bunch of interesting things to look over.

See if you have any files that end in .bho in there ..if so delete it..
