Yea i heard about that, i think its a custom filter plugin you gotta get yourself. But using it with an unsharpen mask, you can get this nice gritty look which is some what whored by loads of mixtape artists, but non the less its a cool look.

Did some looking around, and here you go:

Here the site you can look and read about it - http://www.lucisart.com/

Downlaod the demo from here - http://www.lucisart.com/Demo/Demo.asp

Unzip it, then copy and paste the plugin file to; C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\Filters

^ That should be the default location, but when installing photoshop, if you chose a different directory go there, then "Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\Filters"

Then open up photoshop, open any 8 Bit image up (which should be any image, non should be 16 bit, i think), then go to "filter" should be at bottom, put anything on, then click the "tick" shaped button, then it will ask for a serial key to activate it, and just copy and paste the following in one by one.

Serial Key: WLA20-354146-6125ZU-5tyXV0

Wondering if i should have actualy put this up now :( It might just get whored by evryone now. :( Oh well...

Enjoy!

LucisŪ Pro is patented image-processing

software that gives an artists
incredible access to image content.

With Lucis Pro, you shift the relative
emphasis of image contrast variations.
Emphasize small, midrange or large
contrasts. Transform your digital
photographs into your artistic vision.

Lucis Pro is fast, easy, fun and
flexible. With Lucis Pro there is no
typical look- you quickly create your
own unique special effects.

Lucis Pro is very easy to use. There are
only two sliders. One slider increases
the emphasis of small contrast
variations (detail). The second slider
increases the emphasis of large contrast
variations (large features). Using both
sliders provides access to mid-range
contrast patterns. Processing an image
multiple times creates your own unique
effects.

Lucis Pro will transform the intensity
information in the image using single
luminance channel mode. Or you can
choose to modify the intensity
information on each RGB channel
separately using multiple luminance
channel mode.
