Try VLC (http://www.videolan.org).

Or download the latest Windows Media Player

I had a similar problem in that when an embedded video would try and load, it'd just say "Done" straight away without loading or buffering. Upgrading to WMP10 seemed to sort it out

Try VLC (http://www.videolan.org).

Co-Sign.

The best video programme ever and takes hardly any time to download and load.

Hm, try Elisoft's codec pack (http://www.codec-download.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=419) then.

Gordian Knot has most of the codecs you'll need to watch videos online and offline. Google it, coz I sure as hell can't be arsed to :(

The problem is either your codecs or video card driver. I will take a random guess and say it's your video card driver, just re-install the drivers from the manufacturer's site.

Also try turning up your video acceleration and then try the video. If that doesn't work, try turning down the video acceleration and if that doesn't work, YOUR FUCKED!
