ABOUT
This PHP script will randomly select an image file from a
folder of images on your webserver. You can then link to it
as you would any standard image file and you'll see a random
image each time you reload.

When you want to add or remove images from the rotation-pool,
just add or remove them from the image rotation folder.

its basically a code for a Sig that changes itself every time someone refreshes there browser. so my question is this,

1- how/were would i code this?
2- do i need a server? if so is there any freeplaces i can get free web hosting?

The code would go in a txt file with .php extension. You'd need a host that supports PHP, and you would have to upload the code plus images to it. You can find some free PHP hosts here.
