1) Start Keygen To Get Serial Number
2) Start Setup To Install Photoshop
3) Start Keygen.
4) Input Serial Number When Asked During The Installation
5) Choose Activate Options
6) Choose Activate By Phone
7) Copy And Paste The Activation Code From The Adobe Set Up To The Keygen
8) Generate authoration code
9) Input The Authoration Code Into the Setup

Then You Have Full Version.

Yes its the only version of Cs3 available at the moment, and i dont know what a light room is. Ur probably better of getting a final version of CS2 but CS3 is worth a look

can i import all my brushes and fonts from cs2 over to cs3?

yeah, ive done that, well actually i jus copied and pasted them all into the brushes folder
