first step make a crew name, motto, find a picutre to rep yall, and a color or two. and make sure uve all got positions set up like hos the leader, co-leader, and whatever else yall want. get that shit then holla back and ill help ya wit the next step.


oh yah id recommend looking into elevating or trying out for some already existing crews, before u do this, cause from what ive seen u aint good enough yet to try and start one, elevate, then try.
