Duck Down Records has signed Boston based Hip-Hop group Special Teamz which consists of members Edo.G, Slaine (of La Coka Nostra), JaySaun (of the Kreators), and DJ JayCeeOh.
The group has generated a strong buzz around the Boston area since releasing their first mixtape in the Fall of 2005.
Special Teamz untitled Duck Down debut album will be released in the summer of 2007 and will feature production from DJ Premier, Pete Rock and other heavyweights. Special guests on the album will include Heltah Skeltah, Buckshot, Starang Wondah and more.
