Anyone know a good way to increase your vertical jump without taking any pills or ordering anything online?? I would really appreciate if you told me some good ways.

The best thing you can do is just work with weights that deal with putting pressure on your calf muscles. Jumping rope also helps to strengthen the calves. My freshman yr in high school I couldnt get rim, but now I'm finishing up my junior yr and after a few yrs of working out my legs I can dunk anything (good for my height..6'2)

run. i think running helps build calf muscles as well. Jumping also requires balance and Thigh muscle strength as well as Strong ankles so u dont hurt when u land. Work those out too. I don't kno how jsut do it. sry if i didnt help at all.

If you got any stairs in your house, stand on em. Then bob up and down on your toes while over the steps. (Meaning the majority of your foot will be stranded over the edge of the step) You should feel the burn in your calf. Start off wit like 50 I guess and go up gradually.

in addition to spiritual dragon you can put weights on each of your legs and jump and try to land on your tip toes. And if your fat you should lose weight cuz fat people cant jump =p
