ehh. Idk. I mean...I respect Nas to the fullest...I love his music. But, I didn't think that vid was too great. He's just repeating the same shit that all the heads are thinkin...
I could've answered those question just the same. I understand he's making our voice heard, but damn....
I'm sick of hearing the same ol' shit....

idk...guess I'm just frustrated.

smoke pure weed huh? as opposed to impure weed?

as for Nas' answers, I've always been a fan of him as an artist, the man is very good with his written word, he struggled in that interview though. Nothing very profound, and really seemed like he had a hard time conveying himself.

How is the truth frustrating? Do you want him to make shit up to sound more entertaining? I can understand that the truth about the state of Hip Hop is disgusting to think about though.

you extremely misinterpreted my message. I wasn't saying I'm frustrated with the truth. I'm frustrated that that was all he had to say. The leader who titled his album Hip-Hop is dead...and that's all he had to say. I'm frustrated with his responses and the lack of depth.

Yeah you'd think he would have built an strong argument on this topic after releasing that cd. He answered those questions like it was the first time he'd actually thought about it.

He knows Hip Hop Isn't dead! Its certainly going downhill but as long as there are artists out there rhyming from their heads and not about how much they suck dick at the station.

Conscious hip hop = The Future

My bad. I kind of feel the same way. He could've expanded on his answers more.
