...AKeliz... 03-09-2007, 04:38 PM Jay-Z too....I dont give a fuck, he always brings a new sound to the game.....
Hayzoos 03-09-2007, 05:41 PM Dipset is a big one IMO
there are soo many kids out there who mimic their style exactly, down to the way they flow and formulate their "rhymes" to the beats, which i think is pretty sad cause all it does is produce the wackest music
another one is Lil Jon for really comercialising the whole crunk phenomenon which obviously sparked a million copies

Tech N9ne, No? Listen to Come Gangster or My World.
Young Droop, No? Listen to Lust to Pull the Trigga, Final Konflict, Killa Instincts etc. You've never heard a flow like this. Hence the word innovative.
Innovate is to introduce something new.

I thought his style was pretty innovative, not inventive...but could you please explain to me why you think that, as you have a wayyyyyyyy more vast knowlege of hiphop than me. Just curious that all... I need faster net to dl all this shit you guys talk about, so I can keep up. Anyways, I'm off to a party, and I'm looking forward to your response tomorrow :D peace
Laking 86er 03-09-2007, 11:41 PM Shit, guess that was posted while I was typing.
He hasn't really been around long enough, or gotten big enough to influence I guess, but I still think he was innovative.
Bone24 03-09-2007, 11:44 PM Who cares who influenced who? I think that if someone can come up with a style that no one has been able to replicate, that deserves more props.
.
Gory Days 03-09-2007, 11:45 PM Necro, he invented the death rap jejeje...
.ScottishHead 03-09-2007, 11:45 PM Who cares who influenced who? I think that if someone can come up with a style that no one has been able to replicate, that deserves more props.

Alan Johnson 03-10-2007, 12:06 AM @ bone ^ Ill rap, with microsoft SAM!!!!! how's that for innovation! Speed up the tempo and its all good!
Hayzoos 03-10-2007, 12:09 AM ^ that's ICU's homie
ICU- innovation of taking the word wigger to a whole new level
Bone24 03-10-2007, 12:14 AM @ bone ^ Ill rap, with microsoft SAM!!!!! how's that for innovation! Speed up the tempo and its all good!
First of all, I'm talking about innovation with the artists own voice, not a computer generated like Ifle 65.
I'm talkin about artists like Bone Thugs for example. They made the song "The Crossroads" and a lot of their songs follow that formula and style, meaning the harmonic speed rapping/singing. No one has actually replicated that style, or at least successfully.

Thats why I said they were innoavtive but young droop,no way.

I've yet to hear a flow like his. I mean Twista and No Clue spit fast, but they have the same style. Young Droop kicks a nasty flow. He enunciates each word precisely giving it a choppy sound, but he has a quick flow and a deep voice, and the end result is a sick and original delivery.
