I would say at least 90% of it.

Plug Zero 03-25-2007, 02:48 PM Operation Doomsday really stands out to me. Apparently not only did he produce the whole thing but he also mixed it and mastered it. That would explain the shit quality on some of the songs.

Yes, it was all produced and mixed by them (though I think that Pharoahe is the main beat junkie), with some co-production and co-engineering.
