Great album... I just wanted to make a thread about this one as well... DMX comes hard and also deep at this one the whole album has a great feel...

classic ...

at that time DMX, Jay & Ja Rule rebuilt the Def Jam empire ... and those 3 where the original Murder Inc before Ja, the Gotti's & Supreme turned it into a record label ... an album from those 3 in their prime would have been classical ...

Def classic for me, not ground breaking though....did open the doors for a lot of artists....swizz, lox, eve.....

^agreed, classic album, but wasn't groundbreaking... still gets an occasional rotation in the CD player these days

Def classic for its time, really the only Darkman X cd worth the disc its burned on

Oh and a big +1 on wishing Jay, Ja and X had made that murder inc album. Would have been sick. They did record one song under the name Murder, Inc...I believe it was on the Streets Is Watching record? I can't remember for sure. The song really was nothing special though
