-it was ill when he was freestylin.. and he showed love to my city (west coast) cus as soon as the concert started.. a big cloud of weed smoke filled the ceilins.. he loved it.. this was when BE just came out so ppl were really fillin him

2. Talib Kweli
-the energy he brought to the concert was crazy.. ppl were chanting Talib Talib.. even after he was long gone.. esp when he performed recent hits like good to you and get by.. ppl were bouncing off walls


1. Mobb Deep
-this was crazy cus the venue was real small and i was standing at the front and literally inches from where they were perfoming.. we were touching Havoc all thruout the concert (no homo) but P was real scary when we touched him so we didnt touch him as much (lol)..

..when they performed quiet storm, shook ones, and have a party... omg

But the best part of the concer was when I GOT HAV's AUTOGRAPH!!
initially he wouldnt take my bloodmoney cd so i had my girlfriend ask for it.. hav came up during P's verse and just signed it -- "Havoc '06"

3.Ice Cube. I still remember his words vididly ''You aint gon' take me back to 88 aight, cuz that shits real heavy. He performed all his NWA classics and alot of his older classic solo shit. I was right at the frontrow and I can tell you, his eyes say ''dont fuck with me''. of all rapprs Cube would be the worst one to mess with I think.



honourable mention: Jay Z. His Voice is crystal clear no stage. good performance but a little to commercial. Not a single RD track.

I got tickets to see Nas on May 14th and the complete Wu-tang Clan on 13th july. Both in Amsterdam.

Somehow Hip Hop artists always like to visit Amsterdam and this usually results in a very good and willing show. Or a really whack show because the artists smoked too much (Mobb Deep)

1. Rock the Bells Tour last year...standout performers were definitely Wu-Tang (Method Man the most), Mos Def, Lauryn Hill, and Redman...Talib sucked and I'm glad he isn't gonna be at the one this year..

2. Zion I last year...it was such a small venue and no one was there cuz it was in Colorado and it was all snowy and shitty and people in Colorado hate on hip hop but I went and it was well worth it. Zion I has ridiculous energy.

3. Nas concert back in 02'. It was the same thing as the Zion I concert....it was a snowy ass night in CO and so no one was there so I was front row for Nas and he killed it.

Yeah this chick i've been messing with here and there is in love with him so we go whenever he's around and dude NEVER stops touring. Kweli is very hit or miss. Sometimes he's incredible and sometimes he's pretty weak. Better in small venues.

Fabolous literally only performed for 15-20 minutes and peaced out. Ver boring onstage. Luckily Jada came on after him and killed it

Saw those 2 in anaheim. Both were amazing and common is just full of energy running up and down the stage.

I saw 2mex and LMNO of the visionaries at a store called Stacks. They have about 1 concert a month in the store and its for free.
