My mommy and daddy loves me
They tell me that all the time
When I wake up or go to sleep
I think I should make a rhyme

It's really hard when I get hugs
Mommy kisses me so much
When I run away to play with bugs
She tells me don't touch

Then I'm sad and cry
I don't know why
Running away all shy
Trying to say goodbye

She points her finger at me
Listen to me she says
I told you this and that baby
She tells me that always

Daddy lets me go
To do whatever I want
He teaches me to grow
Just like my aunt

Sometimes I crawl in to bed
So sad it hurts my tummy
I ask for stuff but instead
They tell me it costs money
