Artistic:

The primary piano meshes well with the strings but those other keys clash like hell, which is a big minus. Also, use chords instead of single notes. They carry the song better. I think getting all the notes to fit together takes practice so keep at it. And finally, work on dynamics. By that I mean mess around with velocities so that one note isn't as loud/quiet as the one preceding it. This will give your beat a more realistic, live sound.

Wow! You've definitely elevated. I hate to pigeon hole you but this is your sound. I think you should delve more into this style. As far as I know, Logic is more accomodating to the electronica genre anyway. So you finally busted out that break eh? Nicely done, nicely sequenced, despite the fact your bass is fucked. Lots of rich, full sounds going on here. I'm a big fan of this.

Gold, that subbass is crazy.

Artistic: Everything sounds out of place. The mix is thin and the melodies kind of act against each other. Making sure everything is in the same pitch will definitely help. Also try to find different drums sounds and a different pattern, variation is always good as well. From what I've heard of you this definitely better.

I really like this beat. I agree with Plug that this seems to fit your style more. It sounds like your getting to learn the EXS in Logic! Good job, I really like the feel...kinda of an UNKLE feel. My only complaints is the drums. I would have turned the drums up and worked on EQing them. It's a well known break so changing the pattern and beefing them up would help distinguish them.
