hmm.. let's see.

5 duos that have dropped better albums in the past 3 years, that fair?

G-Side
Heltah Skeltah
DJ Muggs & Planet Asia (if they count... Pain Language was great imo)
Da Backwudz
ABN (although I didn't like It Is What It Is that much.. the duo is still better tho)

I could throw other duos out there like Common Market, whose music I enjoy more, but that may be due to my personal taste.

The 5 I listed are 5 that can be acknowledged as being "better".
Heltah Skeltah is close.. Other than them, naaah...

Chico and the Man (Tonedeff & DJ Kno) on the other hand... well, I'ma wait for the album, but based on what we've heard.. Clipse is beaten.

The only great album out of their whole body of work is A Gangster and A Gentleman, but that isn't even a classic either..
I Agree With Bolded, I was saying Jada and Styles because most people not on here try to argue that they're better than the Clipse..

I probably already prefer The Distance over any Clipse track.

And yeah seriously. I've never anticipated an album as much as CATM.

Re: the brothers Thornton >>>>>

The guys can spit, no one cant deny that.....I can understand why they would be considered the best duo of right now....Their debut went hard, as well as I've heard on their tapes, but I wasn't sold on HHNF that much....The production sounded like throwaways of old Neptunes beats, and didn't amaze me hard.... Keys Open Doors, Momma Im So Sorry, Wamp Wamp were the cuts tho....Im goin back on that hoe tho again.....

Oh so Young Jeezy or Ross' production is subpar to those cheap throwaway beats mayne?

1. Cheap throwaway beats? Stop exaggerating.

2. Nobody even mentioned Young Jeezy or Rick Ross once, and if they did I didn't notice. So what the fuck do they have to do with anything.

Re: the brothers Thornton >>>>>

ONLY I mentioned Jeezy and Ross' production to get a point across that these beats are not what *****s make em out as....

If you want to get technical, they decent beats at best. All Im saying here is there was little influence in these hoes compared to previous Neptunes/Pharell production....If there was, they would be more thorough....Just like they were on 'Gods Willin'....

Dont get a hard dick mayne
